Job Description
- Be responsible for partner management on the ground.
- Oversee implementation of proper dispatch based of Install and repair teams to ensure optimum productivity.
- Monitor and reconcile pending orders in install and repairs status.
- Monitor daily productivity of Technicians and Installers.
- Ensure the following:
- Compliance to Quality standards and prescribed tools.
- Deployment of agreed headcount resources.
- Regular and Express Connect.
- Compliance to standards such as uniform, SLA, ID, vehicles, etc.
- Compliance and coaching by FO leads of contracted partners.
- Adherence to high risk watch list/accounts.
- Be responsible for resource management.
- Conduct competency assessment of Technicians.
- Enforce adherence to prescribed Field Operations Protocol (FOP) by contracted teams.
- Perform Tier 2 support for complex install and repair cases.
Minimum Qualifications
- ECE graduate.
- Licensed ECE/ECT.
- 1-3 years of experience in field service operations.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
