Job Description
- Supports Sales in their preselling activities for Wireline Data, Voice, Data Center, Wi-FI, Managed services
- Assist in the presentation of services to target customers
- Scoping of customer requirements; Recommends solution, equipment needed to deliver customer requests
- Leads discussion of possible solutions
- Processes requests for facility and Capacity Verification on a daily basis
- Coordinates with Internal Teams for last mile verification
- Prepares Weekly Summary and monthly Report and submit reports to IS
- Prepares designs for customer network requirements
- Submits Technical documents for bid & non-bid requirements; Prepares related documents for TOR, RFI, RFP
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a a graduate of ECE, Computer Engineering, or IT
- Has min 2-year work experience in data communication, networking, designing WAN/LAN, Voice, Wi-Fi or Data Center services
- Previous work experience with a Telco;
- Work experience is presales from a vendor or IT-network support
- Knows Project management;
- Prepares Technical Write-up (as requested by customer or Bids Mgmt)
- Confident; can do customer presentations and negotiation
- Team-player
