Project Manager  

Identifies and effectively manages stakeholders and project team through proper and regular coordination and communication according to set plans

2. Obtains a clear understanding of the customer needs and business objectives of the project

3. Drives the delivery of customer needs and business objectives through:

3.a. Project team identification, onboarding and coordination, which may include resourcing and assessment of the team capabilities 3.b. The use of the 9 knowledge project management areas, inclusive of documentation to track requirements

3.c. Building a highly capable and highly motivated team.

3.d. Liaising between the chosen vendor and internal project team

4. Proactively calls out, researches and suggests continuous improvement in project delivery, process improvement, team capability, processes etc.

5. Keeps track of data integration points and how it contributes to HRIS business objectives (how do we make sure that the employee only needs to input data once? How is the data presented or accessed to add value?)

6. Evaluates and calls out end user experience given the process flow defined by SMEs

7. Puts together and tracks a change and communication plan together with Globe HR

8. Keeps track of KPIs and target achievements, and calls out risk items

9. Prepares all project documents to transfer to SMEs upon completion of the project
