Supply Planner  

We are currently looking for a SUPPLY PLANNER for a Premier Restaurant chain in Manila.

Responsibilities:

Supply Planning:

• Plans replenishment of volume per category based on agreed demand forecast
• Maintains required stocking level per item/per category
• Provides delivery schedule: Delivery lead time vs. store inventory
• Provides production work order to manufacturing/commissary and checks day to day output and validates production plan performance

Inventory Management

• Target Inventory level: data gathering, planning, and analysis

Supplier Management:

• Provides vendor delivery schedules and performance and coordinates with suppliers on quantity, timeliness, and other day to day concerns, and gives feedback to Supplier’s reliability.
• Negotiation

• Bachelor's degree holder; preferably Industrial Engineering degree
• Has at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
