Job Description
The Management Trainee directly reports to the Restaurant Manager and will assist in the overall store business operations. Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Implement and ensure strict compliance of food, safety, and cleanliness programs.
- Ensure operations effectiveness in Dine In and Take Home sales services.
- Hire, train, guide, discipline, and revise organization’s employees.
- Attain individual sales objectives as well as customer service goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BSBA, Tourism, HRM, and any related field.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership abilities.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
- Willing to work in MAKATI, TAGUIG, or MANDALUYONG.
