Recruitment Manager  

The Recruitment Officer contributes to the accomplishment of End-toend Recruitment from sourcing to Onboarding of various employees for various openings made available by the bank.

• Responsible in of staff and officer level positions as the need arises
• Sourcing and Marketing initiative such as Employee Referral Programs etc.
• Responsible with the end to end process of Internal Job Posting as well as External Job Postings

The Recruitment Officer will also be in charge of the Employee Relations function handling practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, service, client-centric, quality productivity and standards & goal attainment.

• Will be responsible for enabling employees to collaborate on typical managerial tasks with their employers by engaging inputs from both sides of the employment relationship and inform day-to-day business functions under a streamlined workflow.
• Responsible in organizing Employee Relation activities of the Bank whether Corporate or Account Specific this includes but not limited to Real Job Previews, Training Graduations, Team Member General Assembly, Company Outing, Team Member Anniversary, Year-end Party

• Must have 3 or more years of experience in Recruitment
• At leat 2 to 3 years experience as an Officer/Manager
• Must have experience in handling Recruitment requirements for Banking/Financial Institutions
• Must have experience in handling Employee Relations as well
• Keen eye for Details
• Willing to work in Makati
