Job Description
- Oversees assigned projects.
- Attends meetings related to handled projects.
- Reports to the company developments, updates, and other issues and material data concerning the project.
- Coordinates internal resources, third parties/vendors, and other involved units for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assists in the definition of project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques vs. project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Successfully manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Meets with the team on a weekly basis to delegate tasks and monitor the status of a specific project.
- Handles on-site event management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Experience in the related field.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can handle his/her own event with minimal supervision.
