Job Description
- Handles events, and ensures that the team is doing tasks assigned to them.
- Coordinates with clients.
- Attends all initial client meetings to ascertain precise event requirements.
- Meets with the team on a weekly basis to delegate tasks, and monitors the status of a specific project.
- Proofreads his/her coordinators works/emails before sending out to clients.
- Prepares presentation decks.
- Sourcing out of suppliers.
- On-site event management.
- Prepares of contact reports to level the expectations between clients and ArtisteSpace.
- Holds pre-production meetings with clients and third party suppliers.
- Gathers post-event documentations and submit to the Accounting Department - Billing Department.
- Researches on ideas and sources of materials/suppliers/talents.
- Requests budget and succeeding liquidations.
- Coordinates with the set-up/licensing/creatives teams re clients’ requirements.
- Manages the job being implemented by project coordinators.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
