Job Description
- Administrative Secrtary for Export Department
- Monitors orders ready for shipment.
- Coordinates with Finished Goods department for shipping schedules.
- Prepares export documents for weekly shipments.
- Prepares documents for bureau of customs requirements as needed.
- Sends out samples to customers as requested.
- Administrative Secretary for HR/Payroll
- Screens applicants for factory workers.
- Prepares and maintains 101 files of all workers.
- Prepares weekly Payroll.
- Updates payroll data for preparation of yearend reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Has initiative.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Can work well with others in a team.
