Job Description
- Responsible for the overall safety and maintenance in the building and facilities of the company.
- In-charge of facilitating safety requirements to ensure smooth daily operations.
- The job role includes
- procurement and contract management
- building and grounds maintenance, cleanlines
- security, space management utilities
- communications infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must at least have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
- Must have three (3) years of working experience preferably gained in a construction or facility maintenance position
- Candidate should possess very good communication and interpersonal skills, customer service and results oriented
- Must be diligent, highly organized, analytical and keen to details.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
