Job Description
- Reviews drawings and specifications and raises any conflicts or concerns on constructability and advises any potential Value Engineering Items.
- Acts as the overall Structural and Civil Works Coordinator.
- Reviews and ensures that all materials submitted and approved by the Consultants & Owner.
- Operates as overall Structural Quality Control – Site Inspections, Coordination on QC with Contractors.
- Maintain Cleanliness and ensures discipline of contractors and workplace.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a BS Civil Engineering course
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in related fields
- Experience in handling high-rise residential projects is an advantage
- Has a related experience in Real Estate, Design or Construction firms
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
