Job Description
Quality Assurance Manager who will develop, maintain and continually improve AllCard Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure that these are fully compliant on existing AllCard accreditations and certifications, customer requirements, and legislation requirements. Position is expected to effectively lead the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all products meet the quality standards and customer’s requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
• Engineering graduate with specialization in Quality Management
• 5yrs+ related work experience in a manufacturing company
• Work experience in similar business of AllCard is an advantage
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Knowledge in ISO:9001 2015 – Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge in statistical and business improvement tools and processes
• Analytical and meticulous to details
• Excellent communication skills, records management and reporting skills
• Capable to lead, direct and motivate workforce
• Positive attitude and can work under pressure
