Job Description
- Lead Technology team
- Hire, Grow & Nurture Technology team.
- Enable Business Partners to achieve OKR of Technology
- Maintain and support all solutions both internal & external user
- Manage and maintain external vendor relationship and licences
- Build and drive technology vision for Enterprise Technology team
- Build, develop and support the state of the art technology solution
- Work with product teams to define, build out, and take
- Ownership over features and projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Clear understanding of Web & mobile programming.
- Clear understanding of Front end development, Backend Develoment HTML, CSS, Java
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Ability to collaborate with other engineering and design teammates and work cross functionally.
- Passion for solving complex problems and implementing algorithms.
- Clean, test-driven, performance code development
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
- Attention to Detail
- Experience in leading & coaching team members
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proven ability to efficiently manage all aspects of the software development life cycle in an Agile environment;
- Experience and expertise in growing and scaling software development teams, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent within the industry;
- Experience in managing IT team;
- Experience in scrum method.
