Behavioral Insights and Design Associate  

Content Crafting: Instructional and Intervention Design

• Craft strategic, contextualized, creative, high-impact, feasible/operational and science-based interventions and/or learning designs based on project KRAs
• Research and use appropriate methodologies and frameworks for the instructional and/or intervention design based on target audience’s needs
• Mastery and application of core AHA behavior design frameworks
• Learn from, work and coordinate with external consultants or subject matter experts in crafting and/or implementing the instructional and/or intervention design
• Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative/quantitative outputs of the project
• Work with Accounts Manager and Business Manager to properly (a) diagnose intervention needs of the Client, (b) craft intervention goals and KRAs, (c) assist in the development of the execution plan, and (d) assist in the presentation of proposal, updates and results to clients
• Work with Creatives Team to improve and tie-in the following aspects to the intervention/instructional design, such as: art, messaging/communication, story-telling and application of multi-disciplinary approach
• Work with Project Manager to conduct quality check of materials produced for intervention implementation
• Regularly report intervention updates to AM/BM and Partner for Research and Product Development

Research for Impact Assessment

• Design research and impact assessment strategies per project
• Periodically go on field research to immerse with client stakeholders and target audience
• Set clear and measurable business impact and project metrics and indicators based on KRAs of intervention
• Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of projects
• Submit impact assessment reports for all assigned projects
• Research, analyze and apply trends and best practices in research and monitoring and evaluation
• Advise Account Managers/Business Managers on possible approaches or adjustments to intervention designs based on results of the research and impact assessment
• Evaluate performance of research team and advise to BM if there are any needed adjustments to hiring/team structure
• Regularly report M&E updates to AM/BM and Partner for Research and Product Development

Product Development

• Work with Marketing Manager to generate insights for developing, packaging and launching new products
• Define product vision/objectives and develop new products based on market research
• Work with Business Development to build business case for new products
• Manage process of product development of assigned product
• Continuously improve current products through editing of templates, processes and approaches
• Dry-run and test iterations of new products for feedback and improvement
• Prepare capacity building of organization for the new product

Administrative Duties

• Ensure completeness and uploading of assigned content project documentation in content database
• Liquidate any project-related expense timely and accurately

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
• Proactive, extremely organized and detail oriented;
• Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or iWork (Apple)
