Thai Bilingual - Client Support Associate

Job Description

  • Handles and responds to various inquiries. Escalates certain issues when necessary.
  • Be familiar with the team processes and product specifications.
  • Work directly with clients to effectively manage their needs and preference
  • Monitor images and data tags
  • Maintain a high standard in the performance of operational procedures
  • Can create report in both written and visual
  • Can translate both languages from Thai to English and English to Thai

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Preferably currently residing in Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Good Thai and English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules, on weekends, or on holidays
  • Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati, Philippines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to comply with deadlines
  • Can multi-task effectively
  • Can start ASAP
