Job Description

• Fill-in and actualize Job Order specification request

• Submit rate requests/quotation from suppliers

• Can do field calls/ocular venues

• Facilitate and schedule all virtual session and actual alignment requests.

• Partner with other Production personnel to help coordinate with the ingress/egress.

• Coordinate with Operations to interface with client for the materials required per project

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Arts, Advertising, Communications, or related field and/or a combination of equivalent education and professional work experience.

• 2-3 years previous advertising/post production experience.

• Highly developed communication skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications.

• Familiar with digital and other media formats.

• High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to day activities.

• Resourceful, well organized, high dependable, efficient, and detail oriented.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
