- Implement projects relative to improving pharmacy services in the store with the objective of providing knowledgeable patient care.
- Provide training to HO and Store Pharmacists to considerably augment the understanding of our Pharmacist and equip them to provide professional and knowledgeable patient care.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to develop collaterals and materials to be used in promoting our ACTIMED and NUTRAWELL lines.
- Provide product training to store employees for our house brand.
- Serve as the point person to coordinate with government and non-government organizations on subjects concerning practice of pharmacy profession.
- Oversee implementation of webcam pharmacy and other projects of the unit.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Required languages: English and Filipino.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Team leadership and teambuilding abilities.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, diplomacy, and tact.
- Ability to interpret and act upon complex instructions.
- Persuasive, motivational, and persistent.
- Demonstrates ability to work quickly, calmly, and accurately under pressure.
