Bookkeeper  

The job requires an individual to have a full knowledge of the job itself - a better and sound understanding of the "accounting" as a job/tasks;
The job itself requires more than a data encoder, the candidate needs to have an acceptable level of analytical skills - especially on recording tax related transactions;
a capable person with speed and accuracy;
an individual with experience to easily adjust on the job requirements;
somebody who is proficient in computers, someone who can execute formulas in excel and able to redesign the existing files she's handling in able to adjust on the demands of the company/recording standards;
The timeline for the reporting is fast approaching and we need a well-rounded individual who can parallel my speed.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;

• Bachelors Degree - major in Accounting;
  With knowledge in handling AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), Inventory, Cash;
  With knowledge in accounts reconciliation and maintenance of SL's (subsidiary ledgers);
  Knows how to handle and record full sets of books of accounts;
  Knowledgeable in government mandatories like BIR, SSS, Phil-health;
  With minimum 6 months or 1 year experience in the same field.
