Job Description

Assist the IJM Operations Head in managing the service provider of HR services for employees. Breakdown of activities:
- Source service provider
- Work with vendor to define service level agreements (SLAs) and standards
- Monitor and ensure service provider's compliance to SLAs and standards
- Evaluate quality of service rendered by service provider
- Communicate requirements of the organization that the service provider must meet
- Negotiate engagement terms with service provider
Work with the IJM Operations Head in implementing initiatives that will ensure consistent delivery of quality HR Services for IJMs (e.g.automation, process improvement, etc.)
Assist the IJM Operations Head in monitoring and ensuring compliance to company-related HR service policies and procedures across accounts.
Assist the IJM Operations Head in monitoring client satisfaction levels
Work with the IJM Operations Head in implementing initiatives that will ensure that HR Services for employees wil meet or exceed client expectations
From systems data available, provide corporate IJM reports as needed
Ensures implementation of Operations policies end-to-end(i.e. Creation/Revision, Exception. Handling)
Act as custodian of all policies and procedures related to HR services for employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Good oral and written communication skills must be fluent and articulate in both English and Filipino
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in General HR and HR Administration is required for this position.
