Job Description
The position is responsible in controlling and monitoring (POC tracking and reporting) project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims for suppliers (for Owner Supplied Materials), vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. This includes, but not limited to:
- On time processing of billings and other claims
- Monitoring effectively the project budget in which after completion the project can generate a positive variance (savings). She/He must be driven down construction cost without affecting the quality and integrity of our projects
- Submitting of monthly report (POC) to PD/CMT on time for monthly declaration of project status to finance
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree of Science in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineering with at least 3 to 5 experience and with acquired experience in land development works. Experience preferrable includes construction of mass housing
- Above average knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project, willing to do site visit every now and then, ability to do cost estimation and office engineering is an advantage
