Job Description

The AP Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and processing of accounts payable for invoices with PO or Non-PO or standard billings.

This position is responsible for ensuring the PO/Invoice matching for documents received are in accordance with the payment terms and paid on time.

The AP Analyst is tasked to do the online remittances of government agencies such as BIR, SSS, HDMF, BOC and the likes.

This position is required to prepare the summary of payments for funding weekly including processing payments for check writing and submits the same to the AP Supervisor & Accounting Manager.

For any disputes in the payment to suppliers, contractors and other business stakeholders, the AP Analyst should do the reconciliation with them.

Minimum Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in any related field
Excellent working knowledge of Accounting Principles and full accounting cycles
Very good analytical skills
Proficient in computer skills and use of MS Office or similar software
