Job Description
The Communications and Executive Assistant will provide information management and administrative support to the Chief Digital Officer, with the objective of enhancing the executive’s effectiveness.
- Read and draft correspondence on behalf of the executive and the team
- Research for and prepare executive presentations
- Maintain executive’s schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Maintain office supplies inventory by regularly checking stocks, and facilitating orders for supplies when needed
- Effectively manage the Chief Digital Officer’s meetings and events by preparing venue ahead of time and ensuring all equipment and supplies are prepared
- Coordinate team activities and help facilitate internal communications
- Assist in managing team projects when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 to 5 years related work experience
- Experience in an administrative capacity
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills, writing and editorial skills are essential
