Job Description
The Corporate External Relations Officer is responsible for representing, attending, and facilitating relevant discussions with industry players, government, and other external networks to promote a more conducive legal and regulatory environment in the Philippines for the Group. He/she is also tasked to in maintaining a a constructive presence nationwide to foster mutually beneficial relationships between government institutions, agencies, and AEV and its business units.
Key Responsiblities Include:
- Assisting the team in maintaining a constructive presence nationwide
- Monitoring, reviewing, understanding, and communicating potential solutions to pertinent regulatory issues that may impact the industry and operations of the organization
- Developing and maintaining professional, social, and significant personal relationships with key personnel and decision makers of various government agencies/institutions
- Identifying and proposing out-of-the-box processing of critical documents needed to support or advance the interest of the business units
- Serving as a point of contact between the organization and government insitutions/agencies
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have at least 5 years of experience with exposure to network building with government or government personalities
- Must have Analytical Thinking, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
