Job Description
The Technical Executive Assistant is responsible for providing technical information to address the specific needs/requirements of the COO through analysis of information, offering a broad and diverse range of ideas, innovative thinking to find solutions to challenges, and providing well-documented reports. The position ensures that the COO's directives are communicated with accuracy, punctuality, and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include:
- close coordination with the Office of the COO, providing updates, tracking timelines, and conducting research, prioritization, and follow ups on incoming concerns addressed to the COO
- providing technical assistance to the COO by keeping him/her well-informed of upcoming commitments, advising him/her of historical precedents, and ensuring that his/her focus is directed on accomplishing the organization's highest priorities
- providing administrative support to the COO by managing schedules, budgets, and appointments, monitoring correspondences, and safekeeping of pertinent documents and data/information
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Must have excellent computer skills specifically in handling MS Operating Systems, Office Suites, Social Media, etc.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in technical assistant work or related field
