Job Description
The Supervising Project Officer for Operations & Programs Management is responsible for overseeing the operations of the regional integration systems and projects; ensuring development and execution of CSR competency-based systems, AFI Risk Management Plan and Business Continuity Plans; handling BU satisfaction surveys and assessments; and supporting inputs to other OPMT and Aboitiz Foundation Initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of regional councils and integrated CSR Programs
- Ensure execution of Aboitiz Foundation competency-based systems
- Handling Risk Management Plan (RMP) monitoring of Aboitiz Foundation and Business Continuity Plans
- Facilitation of surveys, assessments, and plans related to BUs
- Providing input to enhance systems and process development of Aboitiz Foundation and its supporting Business Units
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Development Studies, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Social Science, Statistics or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Project Officer and/or Senior Project Officer is required for this position.
- Must be exposed to community development, project management, or social research
- Certifications or Training in Project Management (Project Identification, Design Development and Feasibility, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation), Stakeholder Engagement, Business Writing, Excel Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Must have good presentation skills and is proficient in social research
