Job Description
- Listen to customer's questions, concerns and provide answers or responses.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Tourism
- Must be familar with GDS
- Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in travel industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and can work well under pressure
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel & Word)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
