- End to end recruitment process from HR Interview to Onboarding
- Will function as a Junior Recruitment Team Leader.
- Handle a team of 2-5 team members responsible for recruiting and processing of volume Entry Level (Data and Voice) and Experience Hires (Support roles such as TL, OM, QA, SME, Multi-lingual) profiles.
- SME and provide guidance to both team members and business on the best way to fulfil open demands.
- Bachelor’s Degree of any course, preferably Human Resource related but not required
- Must have at least 3-5 years recruitment experience preferably BPO with at least 1-2 years supervisory experience and has handled 2-3 resources
- Experience in candidate screening and assessment
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience in Account Management
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Excellent candidate relationship management
- Knowledgeable in Recruiting Systems/Tools and Reports
- Must be willing to be assigned in any of Accenture Sites in Cebu:
- IT Business Park (any building)
- Ayala Business Park
