Job Description
The Payments Entry Specialist will be part of the Department in-charge of keeping track of the payments posted in the clients' system, as part of the complete Revenue Cycle Management service of the company.
- Enter dental insurance payments into the standard system
- Enter allowed adjustments, write-offs
- Balance posted payments with control totals
- Track denial/payment trends
- Amend and resubmit claims
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Finance-related course is an advantage
- Experience in Accounting/Finance is an advantage but not required
- Newly graduates
- Keen eye for details
- Knowledgeable in Windows file navigation
- MS Word, MS Excel proficiency
- Typing skills (40 wpm or better) and accuracy, ten key proficiency
- Team-player, collaborative
- Five-day work week (Monday to Friday)
