Job Description
Tierra Agri Technologies, Inc
- Responsible for the documentation requirements such as, but not limited to Quotation, Sales Order, Stock Reconciliation Sheet, official letters, emails, and correspondences.
- Coordinate with other department/s to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. Ensure that the sales orders are delivered in a timely manner and according to the desires of the customers.
- Prepare sales forecast as needed for production purposes.
- Prepare product offers, prices, delivery schedules and any other commitments to be made to the customer.
- Communicate with customer on price adjustments and other sales related matters.
- Prepare, organize, file and safe keep all marketing materials, sales presentations, correspondences and other pertinent documents.
- Handles customer's complaint/s in collaboration with the General Manager
- Ensure that all documents needed for collection of accounts are complete and intact.
- Monitor customer’s accounts receivables and ensure timely collection of accounts and report to the concerned superior and/or to the General Manager on matters pertaining to holding orders of delinquent accounts.
- Makes accreditation reports and other sales-related reports.
- Other related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any business related course;
- At least 2-years experience in sales and marketing;
- Can do multi-tasking with less supervision;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
