Job Description
- The Director for PMO is responsible for the strategy, design, development and implementation of the project management, process improvement, client business strategy and technology consulting, risk management and business continuity management practice in TaskUs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder of a business (Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, Management, etc.) or science (Physics, Math, etc.)
- 10+ years total work experience, 8+ years management experience, 2+ years as Director or AVP
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving deliverables
- Experience leading an autonomous stream within a large program, and potentially responsible for leading and overseeing resources in a matrix environment (matrix could contain one or more resources)
- Managing complex projects with budgets exceeding USD 750,000.00 or involving 500 FTEs
- MBA or professional certification is an advantage (PMP, SSBB, COPC, etc.)
