Chief Financial Officer

Our client is an IT Bootcamp company. They are one of the leading players in the industry. Currently, they are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their growing team.

Below is the job description for the role :

• Direct the company’s financial planning, reporting, goals, objectives, and budgeting
• Prepare all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports
• Monitor and control accounting, finance operations, tax, corporate finance and corporate strategy
• Perform risk management by analysing the organisation’s liabilities and investments
• Oversee investment of funds strategies
• Execute capital-raising strategies to support a firm's expansion, and deal with mergers and acquisitions

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in accounting or finance including proven experience as a Finance Director/ Head of Finance Controller/ CFO
• Prior experience in a IT company is highly desirable
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics
• Demonstrated and significant experience in fundraising efforts
• Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data to identify and present meaningful observations and recommendations
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to develop complex models and conduct analysis that identify critical trends, support strategic decision making and create forward visibility
