Job Description
SMDV is a tech-focused Venture Capital that partners with entrepreneurs building exceptional technology companies that aim to change the landscape in Indonesia and the region. We are currently hiring for our portfolio companies.
We are looking for a Head of Research & Development who will responsible to :
- Responsible for research and development strategy
- Lead the execution of research project
- Ensure research programs are transparent and accountable
- Implementing new programs and overseeing new product development
- Responsible for the accuracy, thoroughness, quality, and timeliness of projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Have at least 7 years of experience in research and development fields
- Experts in researching and developing new technologies, techniques, or process equipment that can be transferred and commercialized into new products
- Have experience in fisheries or seafood industry
- Good knowledge and skills of various research methods
- Have good project management skills
- Strong analytical thinking
