HR Training Supervisor

Job Description

  • Training & Development. Assists and provides full support to company training programs and activities, from conceptualization, preparation, actual activity and to its completion. Provides valuable support and assures that all aspects of the program and activities (such as materials, certificates, modules etc.) are ready and in good condition. Provides opportunity for the subordinates’ growth and work improvement through coaching and mentoring.
  • HRD Research and Analysis. Responsible in providing effective research, analysis and tools which will aid the improvement of the work functioning of each department resulting to high productivity and efficiency.
  • PERFORMANCE Enhancement Programs. Leads in formulating sets of procedures and activities which will develop the performance of employees based on the Training Needs Analysis.
    • Labor & Employee Relations. Leads in ensuring aligned and up-to-date labor policies and standards of implementation of the company. Ensures and all company direction and employee conditions are within the bounds of the Labor Law.
    • Basic Policy Implementation and Monitoring. Leads employee compliance and disciplinary measures in line with due process.
    • Reports. Submits Monthly Accomplishment and Itinerary Report (every 5th working day of the month) and Weekly Goal Report (submitted every fist working day of the week).
      • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Training Updates.
      • HR Research
      • TNA Monthly Update
  • Other relevant HR functions which will be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of a College Degree Course, preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management.
  • With at least 1 year experience in Training and Development as Supervisor or at least 3 years’ experience as Training Staff.
  • Above Average Communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Above average inter-personal skills. Good in analysis and logical thinking.
  • Highly creative and resourceful to formulate exciting and motivational programs.
