Job Description
- Document or draft preparation of legal documents for internal and external use (prepare, review, documentation)
- Day-to-day assistance for administrative in Legal division and within company and subsidiary company related to legal documents
- Legal support for license/permit submission process
- Conduct legal research, directly or indirectly, and be able to provide legal opinion
- Work closely within each divisions to support legal assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role (experienced in law firm will be added point)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent communication skill
- Adapt in a fast-paced work environment
