Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and in leading a digital marketing team.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementAt least 5 years working experience in Digital Marketing or related R& R
Job Description
  • Conceptualize digital marketing strategies to integrate with the marketing campaigns for our projects.
  • Lead the digital marketing team in executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile, e-commerce and display advertising campaigns, in collaboration with the other internal business units.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Ensure budgetary control for all digital marketing campaigns
  • Provide training and coaching to the digital marketing team, as well as the rest of the organization to keep the entire organization updated
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with other agencies and manage other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Manage the digital marketing campaign of the company – website, social media, direct email, etc.
  • Ensure digital communication projects/programs are executed within strict conformance with risk, security, and other applicable standards .
  • Ensure appropriate planning and resources are in place to accomplish goals.
