Paralegal  

The Project-based Paralegal will work closely with the Employee Relations team to assist in various legal and administrative tasks related to employee relations matters. This position will be project-based, focusing on specific initiatives and tasks within the Employee Relations Section. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.

Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in a legal environment is an advantage.

Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on employment law or employee relations.

Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal research databases.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
