Job Description
The person will assist the business with legal matters arising from the partnership between employers and employees. He/She will handle cases from start to finish while defending the company in court.
- Tasks to ensure company's transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations
- Handle all corporate legal works
- Review contracts and other legal documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school or other equivalents,
- Licensed to practice law in the Philippines
- Applicants must have 10+ years of experience practicing corporate and labor law.
- Prior experience working on employment litigation, labor law, and other employment matters would be an advantage
- Ability to conduct in-depth research
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
