Job Description
The restaurant manager oversees overall store activities. He/She understands the flow of the operations and ensures strong connection with the different areas of operations. Restaurant manager defines and achieves store target and sales growth targets. He/he creates a sale and marketing orientation among the store team by leading them in defining customer needs, sales opportunities and designing and implementing sales building and local store strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Business Administration and other related field
- Has more than 3 years of managerial experience in the Food Industry.
- Casual Dining Restaurant experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Not more than 40 years old
