Through the vast expansion of the company, it evolved into a basic analytics outsourcing provider branching out of the central concept of training and switching it into an analytics-based employment in the BPO industry in the Philippines. DMAI started in January, 2013 with the idea of setting up a virtual team, thus, creating its first line of business which is the Social Media Analyst. Social Media Analyst is a work-from-home position where they review lot inventory for upcoming online auctions and categorizing works of art, objects and other items up for sale. It started with 6 analysts from the previous account and hired additional number of analysts in October, 2013. The main idea of the work-from-home set-up is to keep costs down for the client, as well as attract former call center agents who wants to do a home-based job or might as well be productive while staying at home. As of January, 2014 came, the need for a Graphic Design Analyst who will be responsible for the design and layout of the website banner ads which will aid in promoting auction house clients, move toward DMAI’s attention. DMAI opened this opportunity to entry level graphic designers to join the Design Team of the client at the comfort of their own home. Last February, 2014, DMAI catered on their third line of business, the Customer Care Analysts. They are the company’s first office-based analysts who provide customer support to clients and customers on a wide range of technical and product service issues. The team has continued to grow in both our office in Mandaluyong City and our new office in Pasig City. DMAI’s Customer Care Analysts do not solely offer quality service but unceasingly provide an excellent customer support by sharing their knowledge and expertise to the customers as well as experience. Indeed, DMAI built its name in the industry even for a short period of time—building professional connection and aiding quality service to three international businesses namely Auctionzip, Invaluable, eBay and ePai, and slowly becoming a lever of analytics advancement and innovation.
