Graphic Designer  

A Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of design solutions that have high visual impact for digital media which includes website graphics, design banner campaigns, retouching lifestyle images, processing and cleaning up product images, and creating digital designs. Design requirements will predominantly focus and include digital assets. The role requires a creative flair, finesse in designs, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, develop and produce high-quality projects for digital assets that follows the company’s branding policy and guidelines
• Design requirements include but are not limited to digital designs, website, banner, graphics, and landing page designs, and marketing and sales campaigns following briefs set out by the Sydney design and marketing teams
• Retouching bespoke lifestyle images shot by the Sydney photography studio, and gather and execute creative ideas that would generate good company branding results
• Processing daily image submissions and meeting strict publishing deadlines
• Executing retouching, resizing, colour correcting, cloning, and adjustments of product photography
• Helping to mentor and train the junior designer
• Maintaining and organising all incoming digital assets
• Proposing improvements to strategy, implementation, and workflow of image production process
• Archiving images and assets in a tidy and logical manner
• Keeping informed of latest digital image production process technology, graphic web and e-commerce design trends and innovations
• Working closely with the Sydney design team to coordinate digital asset creation, management, transfer, upload, and filing
• Collaborating effectively with team members, both in Sydney and Manila
• Work on layouts and art working pages; Proofread materials to produce accurate and high-quality product codes, SKU numbers and other product information
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief; Present finalised ideas and concepts to Clients as required
• Work with a wide range of media including photography and Adobe Creative Suite; and demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches
• Any other tasks or duties as directed by managers

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Industrial Design or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least two (2) years’ work experience in digital graphic design and development
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Strong Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs Photoshop and InDesign or higher, required
• Good understanding of print production, desired
• Strong Organizational Skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills
• Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal oriented
• Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
• Must be a team player receptive to new ideas, and can easily adapt to change
• Flexible and accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
• Must be willing to work in an early morning shift
