We are seeking a team-focused individual, to perform a key role within our organisation. The main focus of the role is to support and maintain our VOIP phone systems, networks and unified communications applications and products. The role though demanding and challenging, is a rewarding one that will test diagnostics and resolutions skills whilst maintaining our SLA’s and customer satisfaction. CISCO certified with a minimum of a CCNA that is current, though higher Cisco certifications will be desirable. The position need be with proven or excellent English / Australian communication and people’s skills that are effective with the ability to easily build rapport.
