The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of customer service by acting as a liaison between consumers and the business, ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service. The Customer Support - Singapore Telco is in-charge of addressing issues, complaints, and inquiries and resolves it in a timely manner. You’re a Frontend Web developer with strong technical ability who is motivated to solve problems using modern web technologies and frameworks. You will work closely with our designers, backend engineers and business with a direct impact in the products you’ll be building through using Agile software development process. You will experience and contribute to the full product development lifecycle working from design through to deployment.
