Job Description
Conduct business development activities to expand BSP’s reach across both FMCG and non-FMCG clients
Lead a team of Consumer Insights Analysts specializing in FMCG
Clients managed by the team are within and outside the Philippines
Can easily digest underlying business questions, and be able to craft an analysis plan
Analyze and interpret data together with the analytics team to arrive at fresh and actionable insights
To oversee a team of analysts and provide helpful feedback to the team in presenting to clients
To build a story, corresponding recommendations, and delivery final reports and/or presentations to client
Lead client meetings and presentations if needed

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years experience in similar field, with background in FMCG market research (former consumer insights manager in an FMCG or client service manager in market research agency)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Nielsen Answers and/or Kantar
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Good communication & visualization skills
- Good business- and financial acumen (including business environment and client)
- High level of client service skills
- Understanding of growth and brand strategy
