Job Description
- Develops & conducts training to instruct establishment managers, supervisors/officers, & workers in human relation skills such as supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, & effective group interaction skills;
- Schedule individuals for technical job-related skills training to improve individual work performance.
- Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programs;
- Provide high-quality administrative service to the HR department;
- Handle HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, and etc.) and take minutes.
- Prepare HR business correspondence and memorandums.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that management may deem as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have extensive work experience as a learning & development officer in retail industry;
- Must have background in leadership training facilitation/certification;
- Must have background in leadership training, module creation & implementation;
- Sound time management skills to ensure multiple tasks simultaneously are completed within committed timeframes;
- Proven ability to design/develop career ladder/pathways;
- Program planning, implementation, strong analytical and presentation skills;
- Fluent in verbal and written English coupled with hugely developed interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Competence to build & effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
