Accounts Payable Asssociate  

Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and address inquiries in a timely manner.

Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data

Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Understand expense accounts and cost centers.

Generate and analyze reports related to accounts payable activities, providing insights to management as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Associate or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Should be Inquisitive
