Job Description
- Membuat, menganalisa, dan mengevaluasi aktivitas penagihan harian guna memastikan pencapaian target penagihan
- Melakukan reminder kontrak bermasalah dalam meminimalisasi keterlambatan
- Memonitor aktivitas pengelolaan Surat Peringatan Konsumen (Surat Peringatan Cetak & Surat Peringatan Return)
- Strategic partnership eksternal
- Merencanakan kebutuhan training & coaching untuk peningkatan kapabilitas tim
