Job Description
- Handles service requirement inquiries from external and internal customers
- Handles inbound and outbound calls, sms, emails, chat inquiries, social media and face-to-face interaction
- Encoding of all transaction in company database
- Facilitates service repair, payment and other related tasks
- Support and assist local marketing and sales activities
- Resolves walk-in customers, dealer, customer's issues and oversees after-sales concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have at least 1-year experience as online support or same field
- Proficient in English
- Good moral character
