Supporting the relevant stakeholders with legal advice/legal assistance on commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and advising on agreements with third-party vendors and strategic partners.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, ranging from BI regulations to company administration.

Advises resolutions of disputes, litigation and regulatory matters including contracts, intellectual property, data and employment issues affecting the business.

Work closely with the compliance and internal audit team in analysing and implementing relevant laws and regulations by providing updated agreements, company regulations, etc
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of working experience as an internal legal counsel in corporate and commercial law, previous experience in Digital Company is preferred.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and respond under tight and multiple deadlines.

Possess strong negotiation skills, excellent drafting, and a drive to provide commercially sound advice with the ability to challenge results, provide solutions, and form justifiable assumptions for the business.

High personal integrity and commitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, independent and solution-oriented working style.
