About the Role: As a Legal Senior Manager you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Provide input into and shape strategic decisions that impact Industry X, with an emphasis on support to the leadership team of Industry X in the Growth Markets and a subset of Industry X's global Solution Leads;
- Assess new Industry X solutions and guide them to market in a legally compliant manner with appropriate risk mitigations (contractual, operational, technical);
- Develop guidance, guardrails and playbooks to enable Accenture’s Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently support client transactions;
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- JD degree or equivalent degree or legal qualification and admitted to the bar (or local equivalent); in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law.
- 10+ years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, with a preference for prior industry experience advising on the development of new product or service-based solutions
