Digital Business Director  

The lead Digital Business Director on a client's business works in conjunction with and taking direction from Managing Director to create, manage and analyze the clients' digital cient's needs. This person is a strategist, a creative, a project lead and an analyst.

Responsibilities

• Work across divisions to ensure the marketing strategy aligns to client business priorities and objectives
• Optimize the social media strategy on an ongoing basis, including researching and launching new social media channels when relevant
• Demonstrate "bigger picture" understanding of client's marketing strategy and can communicate how current data insights associate with longer-term strategy objectives
• Demonstrate management skills:
• Maintan the relationship and client service excellent (for digital client)
• Provide integrated communication services and proposed strategies for the development of digital client businesses
• Managing and developing Digital Clients and Digital Team
• Forecasting & budget allocation
• Campaign planning
• Creative optimization
• Demonstrate strategy/analysis skills:
• Campaign analysis
• Data analysis and campaign reviews
• Building reports that pull multiple sources of data
• Involvement in new digital business development as necessary
• Actively train/mentor new hires when necessary
• Monitoring deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc.) and facilitate/lead weekly status calls

• Experienced in Digital Business and Comunication Agencies or related;
• Has minimum 2 years as Digital Account Director or Head of Digital;
• Strong business acumen and achivement oriented;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing
• Ability to strategically create and express brand value propositions, develop target personas, and map to digital tactics
• Experience in quantitative analysis of digital marketing results
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables & v-lookups) and PowerPoint
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
